On May 31, the second employee congress of Guangbo Group in 2023 was successfully held in the lecture hall. Senior leaders of the group, middle-level cadres, and representatives of employees from various departments attended the meeting.
On the first agenda of the conference, Gu Lili, Deputy Director of the General Manager's Office, read out various drafts. Staff representatives attending the conference fully exercised their democratic rights, carefully reviewed, discussed and passed three management systems, namely, Guangbo Regulations on Rewards and Punishments, Regulations on Rewards and Punishments for Cadres, and Regulations on Incident management for Guangbo Responsibilities.
Subsequently, the first graduation ceremony for elite talents was held. One day as a teacher and a lifetime as a teacher. After careful training by mentors, some of echelon trainees have been promoted to middle-level cadres in the company and have successfully passed the assessment of echelon talents. Therefore, the Human Resources Department held a graduation ceremony for them. In their future work, they will continue to inherit the Guangbo culture, promote the Guangbo spirit, and become role models for more young people entering the company.
At the same time, in order to help more young talents grow, fully leverage the role of senior leaders in the company's "mentoring and guidance", and further strengthen the construction of the company's echelon of talents, the Human Resources Department invited some high-level mentors from the company to participate in the teaching work, and held a mentor appointment and mentor apprentice pairing ceremony. Zhang Xiaoli, director of human resources, explained the significance of mentorship and apprentice pairing and read out the pairing list. At the appointment ceremony, the mentors received not only the letter of appointment, but also responsibilities and expectations. At the pairing ceremony, the mentor and students signed a pairing agreement, sincerely hoping that in the future, the mentors and students can work together and make progress together.
As a student representative, Ye Zi, representative of the finance center, combined her own experience to explain her feelings as a student and her growth along the way. Xu Teng, the representative of the production center mentor, shared his experiences as a mentor from several aspects such as cherishing and responsibility, and hoped that all mentors could work hand in hand with their disciples and grow together.
Finally, CEO Shu Yueping gave a concluding speech on the Workers' Congress and the Elite Talent Activity.Mr. Shu emphasized the significance and importance of holding a workers' congress, expressed the company's cherish and hope for young talents, interpreted the corporate culture, and finally hoped that everyone could continue to learn, shine and make greater contributions to the high-quality development of the company in their respective job positions.
